HIV stigma: the beginning of the end?

The International Community of Women Living with HIV (ICW) last week participated in an online interview conducted by the World Weekly.

Represented by our Advocacy and communications manager ICW gave a view on the influence of scientific breakthrough on the lives of women and girls particularly women living with HIV. Speaking on what Undetectable equals Untransmittable (U=U) means for women living with HIV Ms. Anam said 
“We need to do more to ensure that resource-limited areas have access to ART and viral load tests," says Florence Anam of the International Community of Women Living with HIV (ICW).  “As long as people are unable to monitor themselves, it will be difficult to achieve the realities of U=U,”
